Wayland Computer has the ability to work on your computer by remote control.  You must click below to download a small service icon.  This service is ONLY available when instructed by a service technician and carries a service charge rate of $45/hr.

Choose SAVE and save  it to your desktop.  Close Internet Explorer and Double Click on the Wayland Computer Support Icon when instructed to do so.  This will send out a request to our system and once accepted, we will be able to work directly on your system.

Note: A small support file will be loaded on your computer and then will be automatically removed at the end of the support session.
